LORIE COOGLE

Lorie Coogle is a Northwest Florida native, REALTOR® with ERA American Real Estate, and Team Leader of the Lorie Coogle Team. With 18 years of real estate experience and a professional background in new construction, she brings a combination of local knowledge, proven experience, and hands-on service to buyers and sellers throughout Pensacola, Gulf Breeze, Pensacola Beach, Navarre, Pace, Milton, Fort Walton Beach, and surrounding Northwest Florida communities.

Lorie’s connection to real estate and construction began well before she became a REALTOR®. She previously worked for a new construction company, where she handled bookkeeping, helped customers select colors and finishes for their homes, and worked directly with subcontractors. With decades of additional exposure to the building industry through a builder in her family, Lorie brings a practical understanding of new construction that benefits clients whether they are building, buying, or selling.

Today, Lorie works with buyers and sellers across a wide range of needs, including new construction, first-time homebuyers, military relocation, distinctive and luxury properties, waterfront homes, condos, investment properties, land, second homes, move-up buyers, and downsizing. As a Military Relocation Professional (MRP), she and her team regularly assist military families moving to and from Northwest Florida and understand the additional timelines, logistics, and stress that can come with relocation. She is also a Distinctive Property Specialist.

For buyers, Lorie believes there is no such thing as a dumb question. She takes the time to explain the process, help clients understand their options, connect them with trusted local resources, and remain accessible throughout the transaction. Her calm, strategic approach to negotiation helps clients make informed decisions without adding unnecessary pressure to an already important move.
